What is WINForms® Desktop?

WINForms® Desktop is software designed to make real estate professional more efficient by automating the forms process and allowing you to quickly and easily create, edit, and complete the forms required for any transaction.  It operates as a stand-alone software running on Windows 2000 or XP.  You only need to connect to Internet once to download and register for the WINForms® Desktop software. 

WINForms® Desktop is different from WINForms Online® as follows.

• After registering, you don’t need connect to the Internet in order to use WINForms® Desktop software.
• You may use WINForms® Desktop software in different versions: stand-alone and multi-user..
• You can store transactions on your own computer or network file server.
• You perform your own backup of the data transactions.
• Forms are not automatically up-to-date.
