Complete Management Tools	The Broker Administrator can manage users, offices, global templates and clauses, and has the ability to generate reports on users, view transactions and reassign them on a Company-wide, office-by-office or individual basis. The Location/Office Administrator can manage REALTOR® users, templates and clauses within a single office or multiple offices, as determined by the Broker Administrator. REALTOR® agent users are not Administrators, but have control over their own transactions, accounts, templates and clauses.
Access and Management of Agent Information	Administrators can access and manage REALTOR® agent information such as Agents' lists, locations, library information. Administrators can also reassign transactions from one user to another.
Risk Reduction	One of a Broker’s most important concerns is risk reduction and a Broker’s responsibility and ability to supervise all of the licensees within the Company is of the utmost importance. Administrators can create and control global, office and agent templates and Global Clause Manager.
Creating Reports	Broker Administrator can generate a variety of reports: User Information, Total Transaction Counts, User/Transaction Counts by Office and Transaction Counts by User.
